Customer support on playnow: the channels we have verified.
playnow publishes customer support channels on its own site. The editorial desk mirrors the channels we have verified and signposts the rest to the operator.
Channels: what we have verified
The editorial desk mirrors the customer support channels playnow publishes. Channels change, verify on the operator's site footer for the most current list.
- Help centre, the operator's published FAQ and policy pages.
- In-app chat, typically available after sign-in.
- Email, a published support address.
- Phone, published for some markets only.
Response windows
Each channel publishes a stated response window. Actual response time depends on the queue, time of day and account status. We do not publish response times we have not measured.
How to escalate
- Open a ticket. Use the customer support channel published in the operator's footer. Keep the reference number.
- Wait for the stated window. Most tickets resolve inside the operator's published window.
- Escalate by email. If the chat queue does not respond, send an email with the original ticket reference.
- Document everything. Save the ticket number, screenshots and email replies.
